As a new resident, it can be difficult to decifer where to find information on which entity performs what functions throughout the community. This is helpful information that we think you may need. How Do I Obtain A Mailbox Key?
You will obtain your mailbox key from the Lake Travis Post Office located next to Sonic on Ranch Road 620 South. Please take a copy of your closing papers or lease to the post office to evidence the sale or lease.
What Can I Expect for Lawn Maintenance?
The Association is responsible for front and side yard maintenance. The community is serviced 43 weeks out of the year, including mulching and fertilizations on a specific schedule. Please make sure that you make arrangements to have your rear yard maintained.
Can I make improvements or add play equipment (trampoline, playscape, etc) to my property after I move in?
You will need to submit an architectural application to the management office before making any improvements to the property. Please email email@example.com for more information. You will find a copy of the deed restrictions including the architectural design guidelines on this website under Documents.
